There are places where we feel to distance ourselves from the noise of the world. These places help us to look back and reconnect to who we are and who we want to be. Teufelsberg used to be abandoned, and open. Up the ruins is a platform. On the one side, Berlin, seen from above, and on the other side, forest, as far as the eye can reach. And when you climb up the 8-floors tower, there’s a dome. 20 meter diameter, and a reverb of more than 30 seconds. Hava got recorded there, in the dome, in the woods, where Thomas spent hours discovering voice and flute.

M.ONDE was formed in may 2017 by beatmaker and drummer Taubefelder and multiinstrumentalist Thomas von der Brücke. The two passionate and highly skilled musicians experiment with their audio material of modern synths, clarinet, a variety of flutes, drums and other organic instruments to create a holistic accoustic experience which leads their audience into a deep-space experience of revolutinary downtempo. Often followed by poetic and political lyrics Jeff and Thomas manage to weave soundscapes that tickle body, mind and spirit. M.ONDE is an archetype of what Berlin's artistic scene brings from the world, to the world, ever in search of the sublime.
