The music is hard and repetitive, yet playful and flexible. A constant theme and vision that shines through, and guides the listener through Nima's productions. The same sentiment is making itself felt in his DJ sets that has, to date taken him to Berghain in Berlin, Studio 80 in Amsterdam and Gallery 2.35:1 in Stockholm, where he has shaped and developed his DJ sets as a resident the past three years.

The relationship with Berns Gallery 2.35:1 has also blossomed into a role as curator of the club's record label: 1:53.2. Here he keeps himself busy with releasing records from some of the most interesting up and coming artist at the moment, and at the same time releasing work from some of the producers who inspired him to start producing. In 2012, he released a solo EP on the label and later this fall, a release of a long awaited re-collaboration together with Jesper Dahlbäck named 'Interstellar EP' will be out on 1:53.2 Records.

Mattias Fridell aka Consoless has been one of the fine Swedish Techno export since the 90’s, releasing on labels such as Gynoid Audio, ESHU, Labrynth, Affin, Sonntag Morgen, Compound and more, consistently dropping unique cuts that always manage to satisfy the listener. This set recording is from a recent gig with Truncate / Audio Injection @ Driehoek Club in Maastricht, Netherlands and the vibe is laid out from the beginning of what was guaranteed to be a fantastic night.

Todays guest is one of the next generation from Sweden - birthplace of Drumcode & H-Productions: Nima Khak.
Nima has achieved a great reputation over the last years by releasing music on Cari Lekebusch's H-Productions, Adam Beyer's Drumcode and also on the fresh swedish imprint 1:53.2.
One of his recent releases is one of my favorite Eps this year, a great record together with Jesper Dahlbäck called Interstellar EP.
He also is going to start his very own imprint this year called "Sand" - definitely a project to keep an eye on, same for Nima himself.
