As a producer since 2015, Ricardo Raschilla also known as Black Opps, started to listen and love underground sounds still 90's with hip hop movement, dub sounds and Jungle in Sao Paulo - Brazil (his birth coutry), Influenced by legends like Noisia, Alix Perez, Breakage, Halogenix, Monty, Skeptical, he has as its main base sounds of the type, Minimal, Rollers, Soulfull, and deep vibes, With several releases in reputable labels such as Addictive Behavior, Soulvent, Boey Audio, and participation in labels like Dispatch, Skank and Bass, Delta 9, among others. He also has already received support from acclaimed programs like Noisia Radio,  podcasts and radio programs on Rinse FM and BBC radio1, by artists like Marky, Randall, Random Movement, Joe Ford among others. Crawler's debut release on YSR, The Calling, is a D&B trip through musical influences, like Heavy Metal, Acid Techno, Hardcore.

Starting with "Omens", a straight up 4x4 172BPM acid trip with a snare twist you will not be expecting. And speaking of the unexpected, "Kosmaj" is a monument to that, a smashing and much anticipated collaboration between Crawler and C-Netik that offers a fresh take on Technoid and Portostep rhythms. "The Calling" is an explosive clash of Skullstep and Hardcore with a doom atmosphere featuring amazing vocals by Fearmx. With its breakneck pace,"Liminal Space" will take the dancefloor to the limit. This intense collaboration between Crawler and BSA will make your face melt with its fast drum patterns and leads. Crossbreed infused Neurofunk is the best way to describe "Lividness", meshing bouncing melodies, gut punching drums and dangerous levels of distortion that will make your ears bleed. This last destroyer is meant to make you "Fear". A Crossbreed track with Industrial Techno influences and a horror movie atmosphere that will make you run for your life.

The “Mentalist” EP showcases Screamarts’ signature blend of deep, immersive atmospheres and intricate, precision-engineered beats. Each track combines his innovative approach to sound design and ability to craft funk-led, dance-floor favourites.

“Boombox” opens the EP, fusing the sounds of modern drum and bass with that magic old-school flavour, combining a cinematic build with an epic pre-drop and killer drum work for maximum impact. The guitar-led “Can We Go Back” matches pitched-down vocals and bright atmospherics with that trademark Screamarts glitch – a track that was over a year in the making.

The title track “Mentalist” is full-on, front-left energy – Screamarts’ aiming to celebrate the rave, reminding us all that we’re here to dance, forget everything else and just enjoy the party. “Gluttonous” switches up the tempo for a 140 smasher – packed with organic field recordings and microphone experiments, reworked and layered with fx for truly unique sound-design and dynamic bass.

With support from industry heavyweights and an ever-growing fan base, Screamarts’ Mentalist EP is set to be a must-have for DJs and listeners alike.

Jordi Calviño Pedreira a.k.a Loop Stepwalker, was born in A Coruña (Spain) in 1985. This young restless mind is one of the main Spanish Dubstep stalwarts; running the Culture Assault / Cultdub label, and also working on the creation of a new dubstep sound made with a blend of hardcore basslines, electrifying leads and stunningly brutal beats. Joining the ranks of the heavier end of the sound, to give as result some of the hardest vibes in Dubstep today.
An artist constantly involved in the scene, he continues to work on many projects with well known artists and has been sharing decks with DnB and Dubstep legends for quite some time now. His talent has been spread widely across Spain and Europe; playing at some of the most representative venues of the hard style, as well as big festivals. His experience, heavy tunes and skill behind the decks make Loop Stepwalker a sure shot for delivering dancefloor madness everytime he gets on the decks...
