There were some tough times in my life. 
I spent a lot of time Alone.
They made me think I was wrong and different and so I forcibly gave up on everything that young people do: having fun, going out at night, going to clubs.
I had to find a remedy, and completely alone, started to build something.
And so the project DERRIC started.
Now, the more I go on, the happier I am. I'm happy to be who I am, and what I do.
My loneliness had a positive impact.
Being alone doen't necessarily mean being weak and incapable.
It is often a step that the luckiest people have to go through,
to improve
and step to the next level.

Counting It

This is a future house/bass track I created a couple of months ago. I thought it was a nice, simplistic, yet moving track with a strong beat that drives the piece forward. I ended up really liking the melody and the chopped vocal samples I used in it. Let me know what you guys think in the comments, should I do more /future house/future bass tracks in the future?
