Pakate Records keeps the momentum going by signing two stunning originals from rising talent Tyron Amory (Whippin). After meeting him in his hometown - Birmingham - right at the infamous TRMNL basement, label-head Jean Pierre was instantly hooked by his driving sound and wasted no time to bring him into the Pakate fam. That's how "Off The Grid" EP was born. 

The opening cut is slippery and bouncy as you can get, with fresh vocal cuts, light percussive patterns, and pulsating basslines. Next, "I Want You" provides mainroom affairs with big, energetic grooves, mighty kicks, and driving synths that will guide you through the busiest hours of the night.

As always, Miami Music Week means seductive groovy beats, stripped-back drums, and hip-moving Latin influences. With its seven original tracks - "Pakate Alike - Miami 2023" contains everything you need to get your body moving throughout all the WMC marathons.

Opening cut "This Is Why" sees label-head Jean Pierre teaming up with fellow NYC artist David Berrie for a malicious, scattering jazzy jam, followed by a tight techy number by Rhoowax and the highly addictive "Problema" by Shahar & Motum with Luquez on the mic. To follow, we welcome back Rhoger & Blockhead with the bubbling "G Woman", Cuttin' Headz affiliate Daniel Orpi, Trangaz & Lowest and Davide Mentesana, all providing essential dancefloor tunes.
