This song has been one of “those” projects that has been under constant workshopping to effectively communicate it’s powerful message. The producer on this project asked what the song meant where in an email Nidhi explained:

“With my own personal experiences as a woman and a woman of colour, what's expected of me culturally this song sheds a light on the pattern and archetype of what's considered "feminine"

It’s a breaking of that pattern while pointing out the misogyny in these patriarchal systems, an ask to liberate feminine energy and cleanse these old systems that are designed to control .

So to sum.. as this song is a reclamation of power in the sisterhood and feminine energy overall, when someone listens to this song, I want them to go absolutely feral lol”
