‘Let’s Go Swimming’ is about living freely. Letting go of past shackles  and pain and immersing yourself fully in the waves of life. It’s about being open hearted to new experiences and people and finding meaning through living in the present moment.

Long before Sons of Regret I was in a band called Edison.  We started off as a three piece before adding a fourth member for the last few gigs.  Although I'd been writing before this, this was the start of writing what I considered "real songs".

After Edison ended I kept writing and recording demos but social media profiles were all changed to Kovac and then life happened and it all stopped. 

I have been trying to get this perfect and failing but realised these are songs written between 1996 and 2001 and they maybe need to sound a bit like that at times....so the probably will.
