"Sivatherium" is a track from the eight full length album by Paleowolf dedicated to another ten totems of prehistoric animals. Each track is a symbollic representation of the creature's spirit and a channel towards, and from, the animal's energy. With massive powerful drums, shamanic chants, tribal grunts and dark, cavernous soundscapes, the journey to the prehistoric continues. Sivatherium

Deinotherium (name meaning "Terrible Beast") is a genus of large proboscidean. Standing 5 meters tall and weighing 12 tons, Deinotherium is one of the largest terrestrial mammals of all time, far larger and more aggressive than the modern elephants.

Aurochs was one of the largest herbivores in postglacial Northern hemisphere. His horns reached almost 1 meter in length and were mostly used in intermale fights. This mighty ancestor of a Bull proliferated during the early Pliocene and survived the Ice Ages.

Aurochs

A track dedicated to Sabertooth, also known as Smilodon. This ancient feline predator originated from the Eocene epoch (42 millions of years ago) and survived until the end of the last Ice Age (11,000 years ago). He was best known for his long saber-shaped teeth.

We go far into the old ages of Earth with our beings rooted into the distant prehistoric past, and our spirit has no space and time constraints.
