song about losing someone to addiction. trying to fill a hole in your chest with things that never really help. the unhealthy ways in which we try to move on, or try to not move on i guess. how sometimes we'd rather feel numb, than feel the pain that we do. to be bereaved and to not know how to handle that. i still don't know how to handle it. i probably never will. but i hope this song can at least kinda help anyone else going through that. for anyone that needs it.
