With mother label Formula Records dropping Champion’s ‘VIP EP’ via the usual channels at the end of September, F2 jumps back into life with two heavyweight contributions from one of Sheffield’s most promising growing talents.

Without deviating from the successful recipe of bassline killers that saw both PVC and Tuff Culture take up the first two releases, F2’s third outing is a two-part issue incorporating some of the strongest work yet from Tumble Audio associate Deadbeat UK.
‘Out of Line’ leads with a strong, stepping house riddim, mixing up chunky snares and kick drum bounce to devastating effect, whilst steely atmospherics and honed bass ties the whole thing together for the clubs. ‘Young Hustlaz’ goes for the jugular with a metallic bassline made to cut through any system with clout, whilst the mix of orchestral grime stabs and cut up Malcolm X dialogue wrap itself around a sheer 4x4 beat to create a pure screwface experience.

Over the next few months we’ll be continuing to drop fresh signals via the digital-only F2 label, whilst concentrating on larger projects via Formula Records output, each and every one finely honed for maximum impact on your nearest dancefloor.

‘Out of Line’ / ‘Hustlaz’ will be available on MP3 and WAV download from 2nd October 2015.

Another of Steel City's most talked about Bassline producers in the modern era who has 0114 imprinted in his DNA. Attending Niche at its peak time as a teen week in week out fuelled the music monster within and thus picked up producing in 2013. With strong roots already in Sheffield it only made sense that his first release came with Project Allout Records in August 2015 on the collaboration release with Deeprot. 

Since then Releases have been consistent across the two imprints including his notorious ‘Scary’ which dropped on Halloween in 2016 and then saw a VIP make the debut Pure Baseline CD in 2017 mixed by DJ Q & Jamie Duggan. 2018 then saw him release on In:Flux Audio and Livsey’s Switch Up Records of which ‘Don’t Be Afraid’ was picked up and supported by TQD. Appearances in this time have seen him have headline shows in Switzerland alongside K-Dot as well as appearances at Tank, BassFest and Beastwang.
