Based out of Chicago, IL, Palpa blends complex sampling techniques with trap, jungle and footwork percussion styles. Taking inspiration from artists like Dr. Derg, Tsuruda, Mr. Carmack and Lapalux, he likes to find a balance between beauty and chaos to create an experience that takes the listener on a journey in every track. Working closely alongside Reset Presents in Chicago as both a musician and visual artist, he also hopes to continue to help grow and expand the Chicago underground electronic scene.
