Rise Above It All

A song I did back in the 80's, as if you couldn't guess. But I stand by this song, and still love the lyrics. I wrote it with Peggy Acomba, who was in a band called Solimba with me and Debbie Halinda. Thanks to Craig Waddell for the recording and mixing. 

Laughing For Power

I wrote this song for my sister many years ago. It is part of a 5 song EP project that brings some of my personal songs to life. Songs that I have not necessarily performed  a lot as they were written in response to real life situations. Now time has passed I feel ok with putting them out there.
This one turned out to be so happy, it makes me smile everytime I listen to the harmonies and the music, the guitar, steel drums. Thanks to the talents of Chris Rolin and Andy Smyth. May it brighten your day. :-)

A Joyful Journey
My life has been quite the journey so far, and I'm still enjoying the trip.
Wherever I go, I come back to my passion for music and education. I sing, write songs, tell stories, teach and love my time with my family.

I love life's adventures and am planning my cob house building project, working on releasing my first EP of 'grown up' songs, and studying for my MEd, Arts in Education.

I perform for kids as Pamela Sunshine, with my daughter as Two Tall Women and solo.
