This is a piece I did for and from a recent 'Ear Re-training' workshop but on by the glorious DOGBOTIC Labs. John Roach poked me to show off my Meng Qi/Wing Pinger so here is a Gagaku CassetteTape being manipulated by CV-Hacked Walkman into WingPinger. Some looping occurs via COCOQUANTUS. Finally into a lush bath of Vahalla Halls Reverb.

'Drawing Through': Meditation III is the sonic artifact from a workshop that was ideated and directed by Craig Dongoski http://drawingvoices.com/ and consisted of three parts that were enacted in real time from scratch to totality. This track is the third event which was realized from videoing the Filmmaker Larry Clark's hands doing two prior 'meditations'. The first one,  Mr. Clark was instructed to make a mark when a thought entered his mind. The second one he was instructed to meander the pencils and when a thought entered he stopped. This track is the result of the musicians and draw-ers using the footage of Mr. Clark's hands to direct their respective instruments or implements.

First experiment using my newly acquired Tibetan Ritual Bell(s)with intent to use in upcoming performance. also employed Ciat-Lonbarde Plumbutter, Cocoquantus, WMD Sequential Switch Matrix, Snazzy FX Telephone Game, MI CLOUDS and MORE. This dang bell was calling for me. I kept hearing it in things even though I didn't have it in my possession (yet)

These are three tracks made in response to a call for pieces considering the sounds from three rocks. Disquiet Juno 0441 is the host. I have applied a Biometric and BioFeedBack device to my rocks. These rocks were all acquired during a residency at HAMBIDGE Center in North Georgia. 

This track uses a medical grade biofeedback machine on rock 3. It allows 6 separate MIDI channels corresponding to electrical waves in the brain i.e. Alpha, Beta, Theta. I sent 8 channels to 8 discreet samplers in ABLETON. Each sampler contained a Greek Phoneme.

 Using a 'Scion' Biometric Module from INSTRUO. CVs and Gates Controlling filters and VCOs and running through a Sequential switch to provide a rhythm. A gate from the 'Scion' is controlling the Seq Switch
