I have to wonder why these exercises weren't just conducted at the Oakwood Mall.  It was closed and they could not only have had full access to it in the aftermath of the storm, they might have prevented looters from Fisher Housing Project to attempt to burn it to the ground.  Going to the effort to reproduce an acres-large mall within a much smaller arena for the purposes of training doesn't make sense.  Perhaps they were brought there and placed under mind control?  I am not disputing that this happened, I am just trying to understand the logic behind creating Oakwood artificially while it stood empty during this training.

     In this audio file, recorded on Oct 23rd 2012, Joe Montaldo discusses the latest developments and updates regarding a series of reptilian alien abductions in New Orleans. These abductions involved police and military personnel, in 2005.The host performing the interview is Kevin Smith . 
    The main purpose of these workshops were to train reptilians , and select groups of abductees, in crowd control. According to some of these newly revealed accounts, these exercises also involved the use of alien stun wands, wound healing devices, and telekinesis.    

     My name is Matt R. I am one of the NOPD officers mentioned, by name, in this interview. 

      I served as an officer on the New Orleans police department
during Hurricane Katrina. During the storm, I was one of the few
hundred officers who stayed, rather than abandoning my post.  I remained
with the department for almost 2 years after the storm. It was only
after I was seriously injured in a car accident that I left the
department. I have almost completely recovered, and now work in
finance. Currently, I live in Chicago.
      Throughout the past 9 years, I have had several abductions
involving reptilian aliens.
      The most interesting of my abductions is the one that took place
in 2005,in connection to hurricane Katrina.It is the same incident referenced within this interview. I was abducted by reptilian
aliens,and then forced to help them train in anti-riot techniques.
This training was coordinated in concert with a paramilitary group of
indeterminate affiliation.They wore Dark BDU's , no insignias. I Found
out that there are dozens of other cops and military abductees who were
taken in these group abductions. They all contacted the alien
abduction organization ICAR , without having ever known each other. I
learned about this fact during a 2011 radio appearance on Joe Montaldo's
show. He is the current head of the ICAR research group. Next to
Mufon, they are the largest ufo group. But, focus more on abductions,
rather than UFOS
