Darkness

Musicon presents the debut EP "Paradise Lost" from Dave Rice. Growing up in Long Beach and living in the OC coastal community of Huntington Beach, California, Dave's influences span everything from 80s electro and pop, punk rock, hip-hop and modern day EDM. Close to You and Nightshift were great songs to begin with and Dave set out to reimagine them with a contemporary twist. C'mon and Take me was a concept born in Seville, Spain. Dave goes on to say "Bringing these tracks to life was a meaningful journey that connected me with a part of myself I didn't know. Some of that path was dark and other parts full of light. At the end, I had much greater self awareness and a clear path to personal fulfillment.". All tracks produced and mixed by David Rice and Gabe Lehner. Additional mixing and mastering done by Richard Robson at LoLA in Studio City, California.
