David Guido and Anna M. Bristol have a child in common, Deanna Guido. As a result of Anna M. Bristol's drug use, prostitution, and neglect of her daughters, David  Guido was granted custody of Marie Mauldin and Paigsha Jimerson. 

Paigsha feels Deanna has "the worst of both worlds." referring to traits inherited from both parents. Paigsha claims she has suffered abuse at the hands of her step-father, David Guido, however, Deanna doesn't recall said abuse, so Paigsha feels Deanna has been "brainwashed" by her father into believing such abuse never occurred. 

Paigsha states that her sister, Marie has mental issues and "loves chaos." Paigsha claims that her sister, Marie, uses "mind manipulation" and likes to "play the victim."
