Having released two EPs on maeve, the Irish quality label founded by The Drifter, Mano Le Tough and Baikal, Berliner-by-choice Kev Sheridan will release his third strike shortly. 'Before the Flood', a proper House-tune foucssing entirely on vocals, is already a mainstay and highlight in many DJs' sets and spinned by the keinemusik-crew and Innervisions label-head-honchos. Before its release Torture the Artist seized the chance to speak to Kev about being 'Alone in Berlin' and his club-experiences in the German capital, how he got infected or rather addicted to music, what he has in common with Mano and The Drifter and Kevin also mixed the latest episode of the art:cast series, of course including upcoming music from the artist.

Each of them could easily stand on their own – musically. But Iron Curtis and Johannes Albert decided to go back to the studio together and produce their second LP Moon II. Whilst their debut Industrie & Zärtlichkeit was released under their Moon moniker the artist duo now decided to turn their Moon fascination into ten droplets of nectar. And the MySpace-friends don't disappoint with those vitamin-rich tunes that they harmonically produced by using the Casio CZ-3000. Shortly before Moon II drops the artist duo, whose had a record with labels like Permanent Vacation, Uncanny Valley, Tamed Musiq, ://about blank and, of course, Johannes Albert's Frank Music, on which the album will be released, spoke to Torture the Artist about Leftie (at heart), subcultures, tech-gear, scaring away pigions and (alcoholic) beverages. Additionally, Albert and Curtis or the two Johanneses, namely Johannes Albert and Johannes Paluka, mixed and compiled the latest art:cast, an eclectic piece of music taking the listener on a journey through House music and connects one with the musical mindset of the duo.

Panthera Krause, our most favorite maverick of house, began his musical journey back in 2007 with his band Marbert Rocel, culminating in four albums on Compost Records that showcased his thrilling variety and unparalleled talent in the world of electronic music. After finishing his Studies of graphic Design at Bauhaus University Weimar his move to Leipzig opened up a new world of eclectic sound that inspired him to focus more on his own productions, resulting in energized, sanguinely tempered club tunes as something that comes just natural to this man, while broadening his stylistic spectrum to an unheard and absolutely thrilling variety. His releases on Live at Robert Johnson, Permanent Vacation and his own label Riotvan highlighted his lighthearted and groovy understanding of electronic music, earning him gigs from Burning Man Festival to Panoramabar and from Sunday Sunday to Robert Johnson. Pantheras live sets and DJ performances have been lauded for their passion and diversity, with recorded DJ sets for NTS Radio, HÖR, Groove Magazin, and Gilles Petersons Worldwide showcasing his unique style. Alongside Peter Invasion, he runs the Leipzig based label Riotvan where he released his first album back in 2019, It's a Business Doing Pleasure With You, hailed as the epitome of Krause-ness. With a range of remixes for Ätna, Jamiie, Kasper Bjorke to name just a few Panthera Krause continues to push boundaries and delight audiences worldwide with his innovative sound. His forthcoming „new-age-dark-pool-side-album“,how he calls it Aside The Aeons on Leipzigs Boutique Label number one Kann in 2024 is a testament to his unique musical style and promises a new era for this talented artist.
