Inspired by the spanish film "Death of a Cyclist" ("Muerte de un ciclista" , 1955). A loving couple accidentally kills a cyclist on the road and flees. Guilt and fear of being caught will unsettle them.

PARTE PRIMA
Dopo un anno viene riaperta la sala del banchetto: è una via di mezzo fra una cava di marmo e un salone rinascimentale. Si accendono le luci; gli inservienti fanno il loro ingresso recando le statue ancora velate su delle portantine. Una volta che le statue sono state messe in posizione, esse vengono svelate ed entrano i camerieri con le carni.

PARTE SECONDA
Le statue vengono nutrite: la carne cruda, sanguinolenta, le viene posta nelle mani di pietra, ficcata in bocca, lasciata gocciolare orrendamente creando un contrasto rabbrividente fra il rosso dell'essudato ed il candore abbagliante della pietra. Le statue mangiano avidamente.

PARTE TERZA
Quando anche l'ultima delle statue è sazia entrano i distruggitori che, armati di mazze di ferro, procedono a farle a pezzi. L'esecuzione è sommaria: alcune statue sono sbriciolate, altre invece spaccate in due o tre parti. Gli avanzi del banchetto restano sparpagliati a terra, ed a quel punto entrano gli animali selvatici.

passò la notte con quell'estraneo nella stanza
come parlando del Minotauro
disfacendo in matasse un nuovo torpore
d'ambra gli auleti le siringhe i flauti

quando la sera incastonando le case
luci spente e subito accese
nelle cucine le forme dell'intimità
fuori un senso di astinenza, di non amore
deboli precipitazioni intermittenti

piumato posa il capo le braccia un nido
tornò indietro all'alba per cercare il libro 
smarrito chi sa a quale svolta
di quel suo dedalo privato

Caro Papà
ti scrivo e la mia mano
quasi mi trema, lo comprendi tu.
Son tanti giorni che mi sei lontano
e dove vivi non lo dici più.
Le lacrime che bagnano il mio viso
son lacrime di orgoglio, credi a me.
Ti vedo che dischiudi un bel sorriso,
e il tuo Balilla stringi in braccio a te.
Anch'io combatto, anch'io fo la mia guerra,
con fede con onore e disciplina
desidero che frutti la mia terra
e curo l'orticello ogni mattina,
l'orticello di guerra
e prego Dio
che vegli su di te babbuccio mio.

sprigiona un "Credo" che non si scorda più
fiamma d'amore di patria che consola
come ad amarla mi insegnasti tu.

credo il tuo Credo con lo stesso amor.

As my stay in Ilha de Santa Maria (Azores) goes on, I'm taking time to listen to more music and contact a lot of interesting musicians in SoundCloud. One of those I recently became aware as a fantastic work with ambient, experimental sounds, contemplative and meditative music, and for a such a long time that his experience resonates in every felt note he creates. 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗮, or Night Note @mmastalka, gently accepted to take a Bansuri (bamboo flute) track I recorded while here in Santa Maria and he create magic with it, bringing is Soul into this amazing journey. Such an honor have his composition alongside mine.  I'm so grateful for this connection and for this track we created. It inspired me so much that I decided to use our music to soundtrack of more footage I've taken around the Island (see VIDEO here: https://youtu.be/n9Cm-l6yrhY)

Pantoclast is a music project by Marco Maccioni, an italian born musician based in Berlin with indie alternative and electro backgrounds focusing on Noise-drones,Shoegaze, Ethnic World , Kraut music and  Dub Techno trying to follow and develope a formula between Lavosier´s Conservation of mass  and the interaction-attraction-repulsion of  Matter and Sounds-Music.
Pantoclast is a name taken from a mental disease disturb  that joins the greek words Panto-all, and Clastia-destroy : "Morbid impulse to break any object you can find in the surrounding environment; may occur in the states of schizophrenic manic excitement or histerism".
