At least 25 Vodafone 'customer care' people have called me in the last two weeks to 'help' resolve my query. They clearly have no coordination internally. I've had to repeat the same thing to 25 different people. Fortunately this time, WHILE I was on a call with someone from Vodafone India, another person from Vodafone India called...and I put them on a conference call together and had one person from Vodafone answer questions from the other person from Vodafone. Oh what fun!

Note: My query is this. I went to Dubai for 36 hours. My mobile data and data roaming were both switched off, as was background app refresh. Yet they have given me a bill of over Rs.20,000/-. I am refusing to pay that.  

And on a separate note, NOBODY from Vodafone India is willing to admit on a public domain what they charge for international data roaming. However on this call you'll hear the executive admit that the charges are ridiculously high. One 4MB photograph, the kind you might take on your phone, will cost you over Rs.2.500 to download.
