Mick Monday joined his father while he worked as a DJ with a radio station at the age of twelve. That’s how he came in contact with music for the first time. At that time his father worked at Radio 10 (now Radio 10 Gold) where he saw how his father worked with the public and how the public responded to his music. The enthusiasm was infectious and he decided to make mixes from there on. This at the age of thirteen. Seven years later, he is guided by his father as a manager while he mixes and produces his own records.


''It's not easy to describe the sound for this mix. This is because I play a large spectrum of the house genre. The focus in this mix was a groovy bass line with some recognisable vocals. So if you have to put this mix in one genre, it would be 'Groovy house music with a good vibe'. The reason that I stayed in this genre is because of the boys of HouseQuake, Hardsoul and Franky Rizardo. Real house music is a feeling''

Last year saw the launch of her own PR Agency Pressd with some of her first clients including Da$h & Retch (the New York based rappers affiliated with the A$AP mob) and Isaac Danquah. Continuing to rack up a host of impressive brands and artists promising to blow up in 2015, Shama is starting to make moves in the fashion world as a photographer and DJ.


''I made this mix combining songs I wanna dance and play before I head out. Be it a night out or just to motivate me at the start of the day. Any song that makes my inner gangster come out makes me feel good haha. I mixed grime influences with music used purely for vogueing and just sounds I have grown up with.''

His beats carry the load of 90’s Rap music, French dance floor Electronica and a lot of dateless Pop-appeal. However, they carry it with ease, and B-Ju cooks his very own soup from it

''The moment I received an offer from one of my favourite clothing lines (originating from Amsterdam) to produce a mix-tape, I realised that I had to take that opportunity. For this mix-tape I used twelve out of the eighteen tracks from Dutch producers. This ensured me for keeping the mix-tape close to my roots and to support the Dutch music industry! One of my goals is to make people realize that the Netherlands contain many producers of high quality. This tiny country is loaded with talented people; they deserve to be heard. Residing in the Netherlands, Jonathan Tan AKA Wantigga, has been making beats in his hometown Deventer since he was a boy. Growing up in a churchgoing household, he was raised with lots of gospel, soul and jazz music. As an autodidact, he taught himself to play several instruments, but his interest turned quickly to electronic music and hiphop.

Kayloo is a 20 year old producer from French Alps. He completed his studies in the famous audio production school 'Dubspot' in New York alongside big engineers / artists like Danyel Whyatt, DJ Spectacular or Astrolith.
Back in France, he redefined his style, navigating between Future bass and House. A sound that is truly part of the current "Bass Music". Kayloo is part of this current breed of French producers that's taking in a wide range of influences and creating their own distinct sound and flavour. Kayloo is also part of the Singapore label Darker Than Wax and we first got acquainted with him through his his 'Bacon Escape' Ep, and the one of his remixes on this EP eventually made its way into Hypebeast's curated ad for Cole Haan as the official soundtrack. 
There's always a dreamy feel in Kayloo's productions.

Rachel Green is a DJ/Producer from the Netherlands, specialised in bass genres. “heavy sounds and weird noises” that deviate from the norm, but still keep heads nodding.
In 2009 she started out as an underground DJ in Sydney Australia, 2012 back in Amsterdam things got serious. Knowing that her sounds were hard to place she created club nights for a wide reach of bass grounded sounds. From here on out she became known for her hard-hitting sound. From bass to UK house, grime, breaks and beats. With a big background of hiphop she easily kicks in a hint when the mood is right.


"I recorded this mix while jamming at home, my neighbors noticed. In this mix you will find some unreleased tracks by fellow producers and myself. Our latest mix comes from the Kyu Steed. The Parisian born singer, producer and DJ started working in music at the age of 15. At the age of 19 he started with a new venture the infamous 'Hype Means Nothing' clothing brand. After a few successful seasons in fashion he turned his focus towards his first love, music. As a member of the Paris based 360 marketing media company YARD and Chicago based music collective @TreatedCrew, he has showcased his talent in music on several occasions with production collaborations with artists like Travis McCoy.

Papa Ghana is a Dutch vocalist with Ghanaian roots and member of the creative collective Daily Paper. 
He is co-founder of the Amsterdam based label Daily Paper clothing,.
Furthermore he is part of the DJ duo L'Afrque Som Systeme.

Influenced by many cultures Papa Ghana uses variety of styles and genre's in his music such as afrobeat, coupe decale, kuduro, grime, dubstep, electro and hip hop. 

He is currently working on his debut EP. 'The Mandingo EP'
