Some would call it wasted time, others would claim they'd found their path. Many would call it a period of reflection, some may have squirreled those reflections away to face at a later date. A rule book to this scenario did not exist, experiences and reactions differed from person to person; it was a matter of taking things day-by-day for there was no knowing what might lie around the corner...

For their next release Bologna's Random Numbers have rallied together 16 artists for their most ambitious compilation to date. Featuring a stacked lineup of label mates and artists who move in similar sonic circles, the aptly titled 'Second Wave' succeeds their Parallel Routes V/A which saw the light of day at the beginning of the first lockdown. Over 12 hypnotic and mystical tracks, artists like MR TC, Eva Geist and Steve Pepe and Patricia Kokett, channel the moods and feelings we've all experienced over the last year; feelings of absence, desire and necessity.
