After building a solid presence in Berlin and across Europe, French-born Willis Anne has transitioned seamlessly into the vibrant electronic music landscape of Naarm. As the creative force behind record label ‘LAN’, Willis Anne recently launched a LAN compilation and event series ‘new base’ to celebrate emerging artists based in his new home town. As a producer and live act, Willis Anne’s sonic identity fuses uptempo house, and footwork elements, creative rhythm and deep atmospheres, a sound exemplified in his much lauded ‘Movement’ EP. His creativity is further exemplified through raw, live hardware jams, showcasing his ability to push the boundaries of electronic music in real-time performances that often make their way into permanent releases. Willis Anne epitomises the limitless potential of sound, continually driving to build communities that foster innovation in the electronic music realm.

I met the lovely Copehagen based Vika, @vika-cph at Kune Festival on an island off Copenhagen last year after I'd stumbled upon her set on the beach in the afternoon - playing dreamy half speed & soft dnb. 

As part of the core amazing Kune festival crew, she's an important member of the Copenhagen scene, and has a beautiful polyrhythmic, enchanting dj style of fast & slow, hard and soft. Very happy to host her in the series :)

For this special performance on Kiosk Radio, OK EG will perform new music written for their live set at Silent Green in Berlin as part of Kia's Cirrus label showcase.
