Originally produced years ago, the track gained a loyal following, with fans frequently requesting its release.
The idea for the release came after Maztek received yet another fan request for the track and shared it with Merikan. Realizing its continued popularity, the duo decided it was time to share “Square” with the world.

After highlighting the necessary DNA sequences for the PPRFNK collective and the teaching staff of the Neuropunk Academy, we proudly present a unique strain of neurofunk and neurotech rhythms — the release titled "PROTOTYPES LP vol. 2", the continuation of the large-scale experiment born within the walls of Neuropunk Academy.

This release from Paperfunk Recordings encapsulates the invaluable experience gained by students and brought to life under the mentorship of NERV3, a seasoned producer who has already made waves with his releases on PPRFNK, Neuropunk, and many other labels. Under his guidance, 14 students progressed from their first synthesis attempts to creating truly groundbreaking tracks capable of transforming the perception of drum and bass music.

What awaits you in "PROTOTYPES LP vol. 2":
Bass structures, forged within the confines of students' skulls.
Rhythmic patterns, combining the innocence of a beginner with the bold ideas of someone diving deep into the world of production.
