Estamos muy felices de presentarles “AN4L CVNT”, track de @kianaromero del compilado ‘Delta Rumba’, primera publicación del formato de sello de @mosquitosyogros.

Kiana es artista multimedial parte de @escandalosa_colectivo, colectivo performativo con base en Lima, Perù. Junto al productor @dj-frech se convocaron para realizar “AN4L CVNT”, track que permite conectar con lo fantástico desde un relacionamiento con los sonidos y mitologías locales, dándole un giro hacia una contemporaneidad raver o de la noche. 

“Una anaconda en la selva hizo keta y el resultado es ‘AN4L CVNT’, el engendro morboso de Kiana y FRECH. Partiendo de la icónica composición 'La anaconda', ambxs DJs peruanxs jugaron con el hardcore, psy-trance y dembow para evocar una aventura contra el tiempo en el profundo Amazonas, con el sol escondiéndose y el veneno trepando por la sangre.”

꧁•⊹٭ UNA REVOLUCIÓN MULTI-MEDIEVAL ٭⊹•꧂

‘Delta Rumba’ es el primer compilado para Mosquitos y Ogros, con la presencia de productores de nueve países de América Latina y de su diáspora recorriendo el continente desde la Isla Tortuga al Abya Yala. Una banda sonora de un juego de mesa, con aires de videojuego medieval, fantasía de aventura caballeresco invertido, damiselas en batallas contra criaturas desaliñadas. Un pantano donde la intriga tensiona el tiempo y el espacio. Te invitamos a imaginar un mapa de un territorio inhóspito: ¿a qué te sonarían las estaciones para llegar a una meta aparente? ¿O quizá el fin es el comienzo?

ENG: We are very happy to premiere "AN4L CVNT", track by Kiana and FRECH from the compilation 'Delta Rumba', first release of the Mosquitos y Ogros label format, with producers from nine Latin American countries and their diaspora. 

"In the selva, an anaconda on keta results in 'AN4L CVNT', Kiana and FRECH’s morbid spawn. Starting from the iconic composition ‘La anaconda’, both Peruvian DJs play with hardcore, psy-trance and dembow to evoke an adventure against time in the deep Amazon, with the sun hiding and the poison climbing through the blood."

Kiana is a multimedia artist part of Escandalosa, a performative collective based in Lima, Peru. Together with the producer FRECH they put together a track that connects with the fantastic from a relationship with local sounds and mythologies, twisting it towards contemporary rave culture.

 ꧁•⊹٭ A MULTI-MEDIEVAL REVOLUTION ٭⊹•꧂

'Delta Rumba' is the first Mosquitos y Ogros’ compilation, conceived as the soundtrack of a board game, with an air of medieval videogame, inverted chivalric adventure fantasy and damsels battling against scruffy creatures. A swamp where intrigue tightens time and space. We invite you to imagine the map of an inhospitable territory: what would the seasons sound like to reach an apparent goal? Or maybe the end is the beginning?
