Один из первых резидентов нашего лейбла. Новое имя уже не нового проекта. "Мои Автоматы" - это архив записей электронных проектов из города Челябинска. Для его автора каждый период музыкальной жизни ознаменовался новым сценическим псевдонимом . Образован в 1997 году проект работает с HardStep, Drum & Bass, Hardcore материалом, а с 2000-ого с Trip-Hop и Downtempo ритмами под сценическим именем "Аритмия". Позже в 2005ом проект меняет имя на "Horda", идёт ряд экспериментов над материалом и организмом. Проект вобрал в себя мини-треки, треки-недоделки и прочее. С 2009 года "Мои Автоматы" (My Automata) финальное имя автора. С этого времени записано несколько LP альбомов, в том числе с основателем лейбла Cuntroll - Paradeigma.

"Мистика мягких снов" — четвертый релиз в официальной дискографии екатеринбургской группы Arctic Lightz, изданный на лейбле Cuntroll. Он включает в себя девять композиций на русском языке. Эту музыку сложно отнести к какому-либо конкретному жанру. Тут есть блюз, джаз и трип-рок. Хотя релиз и был записан за две недели, материал для него группа готовила четыре года. Вместе с тем, Arctic Lightz вели репетиционную и концертную деятельность, исполняя часть материала с нового альбома на живых выступлениях. 

Arctic Lightz участники различных фестивалей. Например, Ural Music Night, Индюшата (победители в номинации «Лучший вокал»), Старый Новый Рок, Новая музыка Екатеринбурга. Их музыка звучала в эфире радиостанций «Говорит Москва», Ralph Radio, МАЯК и Наше Радио.

Arctic Lightz - Мистика мягких снов (Preview Track CUNTROLL132)

Check out "Shadows," the second album from the one-man project @Aminolen, released on the label Cuntroll. It comprises eight experimental tracks — a mixture of jazz, lounge and abstract hip-hop music united by a common sentiment.

Composer George Frideric Handel was right to say that he would be sorry if he only entertained his listeners, saying his goal was to “make them better.” That is what music sometimes does. Existing beyond any words and notions, it humbly cleans our ‘doors of comprehension’ and teaches us to note the beauty in the surrounding world. Every listener will comprehend and understand this album in his own way. It creates a night-time atmosphere when nothing disturbs you and all you can see is empty streets; and you have plans for tomorrow, emotional experience and routine tasks ahead of you. This music is very visual. Enjoy listening, thinking and diving into it!

“I come from a small Ural town of Trekhgornyy. I have been producing electronic music since 2006 and I also play keyboards. I have worked in various genres but ended up producing broken beats and atmospheric music,” Aminolen says.
“I used a midi-controller, virtual instruments and the Korg MS 2000R synthesizer for this album. Two tracks were produced together with guitar player Creas Lee. The album is best listened when, for example, it is six a.m. and you are standing at a balcony with a cup of coffee in your hands and thinking how good it would be to spend a couple of weeks somewhere where the temperature is warmer than 15 degrees and it does not rain 20 days a months.”

Happiness, success, good health and even love are what we receive for long and hard work. The most difficult thing is to begin this journey. Otherwise, nothing will work out. You need to develop, protect your rights, support your close ones and constantly improve something — in your city, your family and, of course, inside yourself.

Give compliments to others. But only honest ones. Say, you noticed something good about a person — do not hold it inside and say it out loud right away. The person will be pleased and you will have better relations. Look for the merits that are not so obvious. Even if a waiter’s smile seems fake or someone wished you happy birthday a day late — it does not matter. They just wanted to make you feel good.
Do not give up no matter what. Become better. The feeling of happiness is always somewhere behind the corner, lying in front of you. But there will be a new corner, a lot of new corners. But the most important thing is when one door closes, a window opens. These are quite unobvious merits

The @mr-peel was created in 2008 by Fabien Chiloup in Brussels. The project involves many friends and session musicians. This is an atmospheric downtempo with jazz melodies, fender rhodes piano, melodious hip-hop rhythms and trip-hop female vocals.

Fabien's music was previously played in the German podcast XtraChill, international compilations "Take a Trip" (part 5 and part 6), as well as the radio stations 6 Towns Radio (UK) and Soma FM (USA).

Album "Pound Plenty" consists of 14 tracks and was released on a Label Cantroll.

The Eighth (@the-eighth)- is a one-man band project from Moscow, founded in 2011. Initially it worked in the boom bap genre, but later its style shifted towards a cinematic sound and complex atmosphere - to abstract hip-hop.

Going through his music collection, The Eighth decided that it was worth trying to use a new, unexpected genre as samples for a future track. The choice fell on country music, and the result became the basis for the future album. Time-Travelling Samurai combines elements of abstract hip-hop, acid jazz, and lo-fi aesthetics. The tracks have long and abstract intros, acoustic drum parts, and interesting jazz sketches. The album was recorded in Ardour, an open-source DAW, and the author worked on the GNU/Linux distribution Debian. The album also uses digital-analog sound processing on a Roland SP-404SX sampler and an Elektron Analog Heat effects processor.

"The title may seem like a reference to the animated series Samurai Jack. But originally I had the idea of writing a short story with a retro-futuristic theme, featuring a time-traveling samurai and a detective from the future who pursues him. But, in a kind of philosophical sense, I'm like a "time-traveling samurai" myself - I worked on one album for five years, quitting many times, then coming back again and almost getting killed in an extremely long production process. Writing electronics in Linux is hard and long, but fun, - The Eighth.

Paradeigma has been composing strange music since 2007, balancing on several edges at once: non-trivial electronic, which occasionally mutates into abstract hip-hop or experimental downtempo with a touch of funk. There are no vocals in the tracks, while the music is often life-affirming and constructive. The music has a important message - "about something good". The main instruments are guitars, synthesizers and samples from 80's records. Sometimes there are voice inserts, a lot of attention is paid to experiments with the rhythm section. Paradeigma is a trio, a duo, and a solo project - the only permanent member is Mark Shishlev.  

Mark is also the founder and leader of Label Сantroll. In the past, an organizer of large offline events. By main profession - project/ brand manager in various companies and holdings.
