Hey everyone! Not my usual genre for SoundCloud but I've been meaning to put a session together with a nice melodic deep jazz house vibe for a while now. Inspired by the London-based, Slip 'n' Slide label, who knocked out an awesome series of "Jazz in the House" volumes starting back in mid 90's. 'Sonic Of Joy' (feat Eve) is another one rich in jazzy synth work and swaying, vibey grooves that show off some serious piano chops. 'Inner Balance' shuts down with streaming organ chords lighting up the soft and cuddly kicks. It's an unmistakably uplifting end to a cultured EP.

Simon regularly frequented clubs such as Manchester's Hacienda and Leeds Back to Basics; he found inspiration from awesome DJs like Graham Park, Tom Wainwright, Alister Whitehead, Frankie Knuckles and Todd Edwards, to name but a few. In 1990, Simon decided to break the bank and purchase his Technics. Since then, he has never looked back. His love for house music and mixing has never dwindled.
