Four brand new mind melters from the creative and imaginative Alphonse. Back on Hypercolour, following 2018’s ‘Better Weather’ single, the British beat scientist pulls together more future sounds on ‘The Dark Horse’ EP.Always spacey and dubwise in his creations, Alphonse continues a run of releases that have taken in entries for Klasse Wrecks, Black Orpheus and [Emotional] Especial. For Yellow Island third-year anniversary,  they've launched ‘Yellow Island Various Artists 2021’. The compilation brings new faces to the label and features artists from different countries around the world, allowing each artist to express their own essence.

This V/A showcases experimental sounds, with 20 tracks that flow through the genres of house, lo-fi, electro, IDM, breaks and jungle.

Gabriel Massan designed the cover artwork for the album.

Paradise Loops is a groove infused mix series aimed to provide a backdrop of balearic, anthemic and nostalgic sounds on those sun-soaked glory days.

We venture back to the other side of the world with Aussie based AHJU, bringing the heat for the next hour. Mixmag premiered her incredibly infectious single 'Cause I' way back in December last year with some stellar remixes from Maruwa and 1-800 Girls, and after providing some class mixes for both Halycon Wax and Triple J, we had to make it happen.

Acid, pulsating rhythms, and heavy synths all feature throughout the EP mashing together big nights out and bedroom raves.

Melbourne via London's Videosystem debuts on Streams of Thought with a new EP ‘System Start’. 

With the release taken influence from progressive techno, house and trance, we have the exclusive stream of ‘Pretty Sure The Noise Is Coming From In There’, an almost 7-minute shapeshifting journey. 

The Streams of Thought label arm was launched last year with a release from the founder Sloan. Before then, it existed as a party only, throwing events in Glasgow, London and Berlin, booking the likes of A Made Up Sound, Dr. Rubenstein, J-Zbel, Peverelist, and Shanti Celeste to name a few.
