Welcome to EP-153 of the NDYD Radio Show with our first guest mix of the year by non other than Germany's Phonk D.

In the early 90s electronic music grabbed hold of Phonk D. After many nights at clubs in Frankfurt, hundreds of kilograms of collected vinyls, countless DJ-gigs and a remarkable journey into Hip Hop as a producer, the Darmstadt resident founded his label Footjob in 2014. The Footjob sound is somewhere between deep, disco and classic house and finds the approval of well-known scene-heads. 

His second EP released in June 2016 included his most outstanding track up to this day called ‘Midnight Bumper’. The stomping house-banger clinged to the Top 5 Traxsource charts for several weeks and furthermore, Phonk D has been named to the Top 100 House Artists of the Year 2016 by Traxsource.

He debuts on NDYD Records in 2018 with his latest baby,the ‘Disco Goodies’ EP which contains four stellar tracks, each one with a unique twist and made within the last three years. Like wine these creations got better with time.
