My biggest inspiration in this art called music. Her sets, her traxx and her overall personality. Man... Nobody ever comes close. Drawing inspirations from alot of styles and fusing them  together with ease. A true innovator in a small and unique world. 
She left her mark (and sadly left us too soon...)

When I saw this track coming through I wanted to remix it straight away. Thanxx to T.O.T.A. for allowing me to do so.

Tried something for 1.5 years which included 4 versions until I had this piece. By far the best and it helped me to let the feelings go mostly. After keeping it to myself and a select group of people for a year or so. I had the chance to release it on vinyl. 

And then it got played at a party, 4 years after the whole back story started. With 1 day difference (even the same location...). The circle was full and I could finally let it go... Finally.

All traxx take inspiration from the more 8bit based hardcore. Which to me always was a bit more harsh, dark & rough in style. Often a focus on hip hop samples, guitars or stabby, dark, melodies. Also some humor and moments of dissing... Mostly made on old software and/or machines. As the software was accessible alot of people around the world used it and still do. I also took inspiration from multiple artists from around the globe... Which resulted in a creative & varied approach.

This was made for the NoNewStyle party where I played earlier this year.

This is a home recording of the set I played at Underworld, the 14th of june. Initially I prepared a full 60min. set but due to lineup changes I could only play 45min. instead... As this was to be my first (solo) DJ set this felt a bit shit. For that reason I decided to upload the plannend version, so everyone who wants can experience the full set.

For this set I wanted to do an all terror(ish) hardcore. But with a twist... As all traxx are with a decent amount of pitching (either up or downwards) but the complete BPM goes downwards... Geuss you can say most traxx have a... Negative Drop. It probaly has been done before but it's a idea I always wanted to hear or do myself ever since I became obsessed with this musick.

2nd digital set I prepared and played for the HCBX from Scotland. Wanted to do a set with purely 92/93 sound. Almost every track pitched up a bit as some of these tunes are from the acid, house or trance corners back when anything was just... House instead of all these sub-genres. Yet you can play them all together as alot of people have proven over time... But these days it seems a anomaly. So this is my take on that technique and a tribute to my favourite year in (what I consider) hardcore, 1993.

Not perfect but far from bad, atleast for myself. Still in a learning phase. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I did making it. 

Respect to all these artists. Especially LNE who I took alot of inspiration from for this set...  But also to Andrew (Asylum) for the platform.

3rd digital mix for this private party. Which I fabricated rather quickly as I really wanted to do something too that night. Which was fun. I also suprised myself a bit, as I mixed faster as before. with 23 traxx in 46 minutes. It is however a home recording as digital hardware screwed me over at the party... 

Selection wise I was inspired by UK events like Species & North. But with no particulair set(s) or artist(s) in mind. Stylewise it's a mixture of more industrial & terror styled hardcore.
