ACID Rearrange of "Monolithic Studios" music from "Need For Speed II". Probably my favorite music from NFS2. I felt the need to add a little life that was lost to the "interactive" music gimmick, I also extended the "future city" portion which is my favorite part. I call it "rearrange" becuase I didn't really -add- anything, I just chopped and blended.

My mind is a perpetual state of indecision at all times, about everything. Most of my life is spent in a trance, lost in my mind, thinking and overthinking everything. I'm not even sure who I am; I'm lost in a state of tentative reflection.

Been working on this track for a while. I can listen to looping forever, but I doubt I'll ever flesh it out anymore then this, so I just faded it out and put it up as is.

Tentative Reflection

I grew up listening to Enigma, and playing DooM to escape my reality. I was under a lot of religious repression, constantly shaming myself for who I was, and living with the resulting depression. It was my Era of Shame.

One game I've spent endless hours in is the original Star Wars Racer. The classic setup for me: Mars Guo on Zugga Challenge, while listening to old Juno Reactor. Those memories are the influence for this one.
