Luke Blunton steps into the spotlight with his debut EP on Laib und Seele Records. A dynamic journey through textured, progressive soundscapes. The four-track release flows effortlessly between playful minimalism, infectious groove-driven house, deep dubby atmospheres and a trance-infused remix.

Opening with ‘Mirror State’, this track sets a confident tone with playful precision. A vocoded vocal line weaves through a stripped-back minimal framework, layered with rolling acid modulations and anchored by a bouncy bassline.

Next up, ‘Daisy Chain’ locks into a classic four-to-the-floor rhythm, a delicately produced proggy, deep house cut with meticulous attention to detail, topped off with a cheeky infectious melody that gets bodies moving and faces smiling.

‘Marinara Trench’ follows, diving deeper into dubby depths with a spacious, atmospheric feel. It unfolds like a voyage into deep waters, guided by immersive synth pads, slapping percussion and a subtle sense of motion that keeps the energy flowing while shifting the mood into more introspective territory.

Closing the EP, Nickon Faith takes another look into the mirror with his remix of ‘Mirror State’, transforming it into a trancey roller laced with psy elements, while maintaining its evolving proggy style, enriching it with extra rhythmic layers and a new splash of percussive flavour.

In October 2025, the pulse of Tokyo’s underground resurfaces through Kanse, co-founder of the city’s acclaimed Abducted Groove collective. His sophomore EP, Get Down, arrives via the now Paris-based Liquid Love Records, marking a refined yet raw evolution in his unmistakable electro language.

Where his earlier work explored deep, shape-shifting rhythms, this record leans into propulsion: a tightly wound interplay of rugged machine funk, broken acid patterns, and sleek, synthetic atmospheres. “Clubfoot” on A1 — precision disguised as ease. Gearmaster the Estonian duo deal in pressure, not excess: a thick, rolling, a bubbling acid line, and dub-warmed undertones glowing beneath the surface. Soft, delayed chords drift in and out like vapour, grounding the track in that classic dub techno haze. Reborn under a new name, they sound recalibrated and ready — gears turning, momentum building.

“The Body Radiates” is Earth Trax at his most direct. High-speed 303s coil through off-world, high-definition textures — bright yet tightly controlled. Crisp, hard percussion keeps the pressure constant, while flickering vocal chops cut through the mix with a distinctly ’90s pulse. It moves with purpose, gliding through the breaks and tunnelling toward the peak.

A Flash! — and reality folds. On B1, Olsvangèr delivers a pristine, meditative trip: razor-sharp percussion, a bassline built to unspool the mind. It’s lean, focused, and quietly hallucinatory. Proof he’s fast becoming the go-to for tripped-out house.
