Practical Guidance: From Person to Presence

In this Tibetan Singing Bowl concert, Cindy leads us through a chakra meditation. Using multiple bowls for each chakra, tuned to the note for that chakra and including more than one octave, we progress through all seven chakras. The pace is slow and intentional, as each bowl is given its full resonance. After a short intermission, we return for some unstructured music in which the bowls are just allowed to enjoy playing together! This concert was recorded July 12, 2014.
