Kraymon has dropped off yet another funk bomb for us over here at Toast & Jam HQ. This one is called Cyning and features a chunky big beat drum kit, complete with rattling timpanis and cowbells, and a bouncing sine wave bassline. As we head into the first breakdown, an acid synth is filtered in and out as a majestic pad sweeps over top. Some tribalistic vocals layer in and build to the main drop where all the elements sync together in jam-tastic harmony.

Bristol is one of the meccas of drum and bass and one of the coolest cities in the world. Having visited and loving every part of it for the 1st time in May, it was time to do another underground drum and bass mix with heavy influences from their producers and style. And as its such a creative place I thought I would start the mix with a cool intro... and then quickly step up into the rollers. This is for those who love underground drum and bass and all the flavours and vibes that entails. Big up the Bristol crew...Respect.

Established in 2009 as a trio of breakbeat DJs/Producers who were friends and ravers. When founding member George “Rican” passed away in 2021, Andrew decided to honor his best friend by continuing to play events and music streams as Paranoid Androidz. The legacy project evolved into an amazing opportunity to build a vibrant Twitch community and to spin alongside influential DJs like Darude, DJ Icey, and Keith MacKenzie. The vibe is funky, groovy, uplifting, sometimes ethereal.
