Paper Boats

From the humble age of 14, three high school friends formed 'parapluie.' Famous for regular appearances at high school assemblies, local libraries & small town folk festivals. Composing all of their own music, they wrote serious lyrics about grown-up things like falling-in-love [sic] which, arguably, none of them had ever experienced; recorded an EP in an old chapel with a small handheld mic (you can hear the chairs scraping and the birds chirping from their perch on the stain-glass window); proudly claimed to have 'absolutely no knowledge of musical theory'; and were known for their enchanting three part harmonies and terrible stage banter.
