Pareidol is a progressive rock/metal studio project. The band was founded by Ben McMillan and Randy Weber. Chris Roberts was later added as the lead vocalist and led to the band's first album "Vague Lyrical Apparition". In more recent efforts the band recorded their EP "Recollection" with the addition of Russell Lee Padgett on drums and percussion. The main focus of the project is musical artistry and the exploration of concepts through song craft, encouraging listeners to find what is generally beyond the surface.
