I feel like space exploration narrative is always somewhat healthy epic.
The race for the Great Cosmos gives the purest, the brightest dreams. The cosmic dream lights up the soul and fullfilles one's heart with optimism.
The space dream unites us, the Humans, to explore the farthermost frontiers of the Universe - together, hand in hand, man with man, like brothers and sisters.
The dream of the Big Space is the very essence of our species: the explorers, the braveminds, the creators.
To me it's something totally worth being epic about.

This is a small album of various intelligent dnb and ambient jungle pieces, with some atmospheric/techmospheric influences and downtempo vibes.

For me, it symbolizes a return to the music I deeply love, free from overthinking and trying to be someone who I never was.

Tracklist is built to slowly take you off the Earth surface straight beyond the stratosphere: from warm tones of the sunset, through the violet acceleration zone, until you reach dark blue depth of space.

Exactly twenty years ago, I walked into my first year of university.
That same time can also, quite precisely, be called the moment of my soul’s oath of allegiance to FL Studio: meaning, the endless carving of rhythms out of all sorts of low-poly junk.
(Back then, by the way, electronic music wasn’t even considered music, because Real Music obviously couldn’t consist of silly squares on shitty displays. “You’re talking nonsense”)

But still! TWENTY YEARS. Twenty. I’ve been trying to cram this into my head all day, and it just won’t fit.
Life goes on.

Here’s a jungle beat for a tired sun, back from those days.
