This original song is called "WE ARE THE CHOSEN ONES." It was influenced by many of the events of the past year. Much of it was sad and terrible, but much of it was also inspiring to see people standing up for themselves and for others. We must remember that we are in control of our lives no matter who is in the oval office. No one can keep us down. No one can take our rights. We will fight. We must keep fighting to keep things fair and equal - then pass that torch onto the next generation. Our generation has risen up against oppression and racism yet again. This generation inspires us. 

John F. Kennedy said that "those who make peaceful protest impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.
