Founded in Amsterdam by Cyb and Elisa Batti, Immaterial. Archives are driven by the desire of exploring the boundaries of electronic music. The label always strives to innovate, while bringing on board
the most talented producers from the underground contemporary techno scene.

Their activity in the last years has been exponentially growing.
After the first nine releases, which involved artists such as Michal Jablonski, Wrong Assessment, VSK, Kaiser, Alfredo Mazzilli, Insolate, Denise Rabe, Temudo, Blazej Malinowski, Kessell and many more, now it is the time to present IA010.

On the 9th of July SUBSOIL (IA010) will be out on all the platforms and stores as a limited vinyl edition. 

It includes four vibrant tracks from well-known artists and brilliant producers such as: Kike Pravda, Takaaki Itoh, Moddullar and Nørbak & CONCEPTUAL.

In the meantime, the label is already busy working on the upcoming releases to end up the year and exploring the ground for 2022.
Always looking for new talents and at the same time established artists.

Music is ephemeral, always disappearing. It is an immaterial archive.

In the recent emergence of this mysterious alias, Hattori Hanzō has changed a lot of things in the techno scene. However one thing that's remained consistent is how startlingly sophisticated his productions are.

The opener 'Genetic Drift' embraces his taste for radical non-Western bells welded onto cutting-edge club music polyrhythms. Soaking in spooky atmospheres, perfect for the darkest and sweatiest of dance floors. The highly charged energy on 'Natural Selection' fuels steady build-ups and syncopated toms, with a menacing noise stab out amid the controlled chaos. 'Dogmatic' attempts to lure you into shadowy, narrow spaces beckoned by an evil laugh sample beneath while being attacked from all directions by spaceships.  'Phenotypic Variation' is a compelling package of hypnotic drone, ascending zaps and spiralling synths. Closing the release with 'Moravian Scientist' clad in snaking synth lines and warped textures distilled into the purest form of psychedelic techno.
