WHERE DID YOU VISUALISE YOURSELF WHILST CREATING THIS MIX?

Man, I loved the concept of this mix series, so when making my mix I really thought about times chilling in the park, over the last year in Amsterdam - so many good times and really good memories. 
I was also visualising breadsticks, grapes, and tomato basil hummus from the Albert Heijn! 


FAVOURITE PARK?

Super tough question - In Adam it's probably Rembrandtpark just because thats where we hung out the most.


SUMMER ALBUM OR TRACK?

Man, I don't really know. There has been so much good music coming out!

ANYTHING ELSE TO ADD?

I think coming from NZ with everyone having a backyard we tend to really undervalue the role that public spaces and parks play in the community.  Coming over to Europe and getting to experience that has been super cool. 
With that in mind, I really wanted to pick a variety of tracks that most people would get down with. 
I hope that if this mix gets played in a park, someone walks past with a smile, and has a little boogie.

Fritz Ta is a Philly-born, Asian-American DJ driven and inspired by his adventures and explorations in the underground music scene. His sets can range from chill deep house to dirty ghetto tech to hypnotic, energetic pulsing techno but you can always expect them to tell a weird story and make you want to move and groove your body in strange ways.

As co-founder of @mashtnyc, he and a collective of fellow local DJ's and artists seek to contribute the warm fuzzy vibes and profound effects that varying forms techno and house music have on the soul. The team curates techno-heavy gatherings at Sleepwalk, Jupiter Disco, and Bossa Nova Civic Club in Brooklyn as well as a MASHT NYC podcast featuring local and international guests.
