This Shabad is by Guru Arjan Dev Ji in Raag Aasaa on Ang 403. Aasaa, Fifth Mehla:

ਅਪੁਨੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਕੀ ਆਪੇ ਰਾਖੈ ਆਪੇ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਾਵੈ ॥ ਜਹ ਜਹ ਕਾਜ ਕਿਰਤਿ ਸੇਵਕ ਕੀ ਤਹਾ ਤਹਾ ਉਠਿ ਧਾਵੈ ॥੧॥
Apune sevak kī āpe rākẖai āpe nām japāvai. Ja ja kāj kiraṯ sevak kī ṯahā ṯahā uṯẖ ḏẖāvai. ||1||
He Himself preserves His servants; He causes them to chant His Name. Wherever the business and affairs of His servants are, there the Lord hurries to be. ||1||

ਸੇਵਕ ਕਉ ਨਿਕਟੀ ਹੋਇ ਦਿਖਾਵੈ ॥ ਜੋ ਜੋ ਕਹੈ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਪਹਿ ਸੇਵਕੁ ਤਤਕਾਲ ਹੋਇ ਆਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Sevak ka▫o niktī ho▫e ḏikẖāvai. Jo jo kahai ṯẖākur pėh sevak ṯaṯkāl ho▫e āvai. ||1|| rahā▫o.
The Lord appears near at hand to His servant. Whatever the servant asks of his Lord and Master, immediately comes to pass. ||1||Pause||

ਤਿਸੁ ਸੇਵਕ ਕੈ ਹਉ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਜੋ ਅਪਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਾਵੈ ॥ ਤਿਸ ਕੀ ਸੋਇ ਸੁਣੀ ਮਨੁ ਹਰਿਆ ਤਿਸੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਰਸਣਿ ਆਵੈ ॥੨॥੭॥੧੨੯॥
Ŧis sevak kai ha▫o balihārī jo apne parabẖ bẖāvai. Ŧis kī so▫e suṇī man hari▫ā ṯis Nānak parsaṇ āvai. ||2||7||129||
I am a sacrifice to that servant, who is pleasing to his God. Hearing of his glory, the mind is rejuvenated; Nanak comes to touch his feet. ||2||7||129||

kabir marta jag moya marbi na janiya koi. aisi marne jo mare bahur na marna hoye. ||29||
Kabir, dying, the whole world has to die, and yet, none know how to die. Let those who die, die such a death, that they shall never have to die again. ||29||

Third Mehl:

ki-aa jaanaa kiv marhagay kaisaa marnaa ho-ay.
What do I know? How will I die? What sort of death will it be?

jay kar saahib manhu na veesrai taa sahilaa marnaa ho-ay.
If I do not forget the Lord Master from my mind, then my death will be easy.

marnai tay jagat darai jeevi-aa lorhai sabh ko-ay.
The world is terrified of death; everyone longs to live.

gur parsaadee jeevat marai hukmai boojhai so-ay.
By Guru's Grace, one who dies while yet alive, understands the Lord's Will.

naanak aisee marnee jo marai taa sad jeevan ho-ay. ||2||
O Nanak, one who dies such a death, lives forever. ||2||

When God shows His Mercy, then this mind is focused on Him.

sathigur saev sabhai fal paaee |1|
Serving the True Guru, all rewards are obtained. ||1||

man kio bairaag karehigaa sathigur maeraa pooraa |
O my mind, why are you so sad? My True Guru is Perfect.

manasaa kaa dhaathaa sabh sukh nidhaan anmrith sar sadh hee bharapooraa |1| rehaao |
He is the Giver of blessings, the treasure of all comforts; His Ambrosial Pool of Nectar is always overflowing. ||1||Pause||

charan kamal ridh anthar dhaarae |
One who enshrines His Lotus Feet within the heart,

pragattee joth milae raam piaarae |2|
meets the Beloved Lord; the Divine Light is revealed to him. ||2||

panch sakhee mil mangal gaaeiaa |
The five companions have met together to sing the songs of joy.

anehadh baanee naadh vajaaeiaa |3|
The unstruck melody, the sound current of the Naad, vibrates and resounds. ||3||

gur naanak thuthaa miliaa har raae |
O Nanak, when the Guru is totally pleased, one meets the Lord, the King.

sukh rain vihaanee sehaj subhaae |4|17|
Then, the night of one's life passes in peace and natural ease. ||4||17||
