Luum Records is proud to present “Promise”, a striking new 4-track EP from one of Luum’s label members, Kris Dur (The Soundgarden, Mango Alley). Blending deep grooves, immersive textures, and cinematic atmospheres, this release embodies the heart of progressive house while venturing into darker, more experimental territory.

The title track “Promise” builds around a hypnotic pulse, layering delicate melodic fragments into a slow-burning journey that feels both intimate and expansive. Its counterpart, the Breaks Mix, strips the rhythm back and reimagines the piece with heightened emotion and cinematic depth, perfect for after-hours moments of release.

With “Spectral Memory” Kris Dur delves into shadowy layers and haunting atmospheres, pairing driving percussion with ghostlike melodies that linger long after the track ends. Closing the EP, “Outbreak” raises the intensity with tense builds and raw, propulsive energy. A peak-time weapon designed to ignite the dance floor.

Following on two addendums to Acid Pauli's latest album 'BLD', the 'BLD Remixes A' and 'BLD Remixes B', 'BLD Bonus' is the final supplement to the outstanding album, 
flipping and twisting two tracks into new shapes.

Up and coming Halle (Germany) based 
duo Viktor Talking Machine take on 'Jorge' and stetch it into an epic, urgent, groover 
that builds and builds over its 12 minutes. The mysterious production duo add extra layers to the original, crafting a masterpiece for the left of center dance floors. 

As a special bonus the release includes the 'Urversion' (German for prototype version) of one of BLD's most popular tracks 'Abbebe'. The proto-version shows the tracks powerful core with its skittering rhythms and  wonky melodies which are welded together by a thick, irresistible groove, layered with live jazzy drums and unexpected diversions.

The first track '42 is the answer' is an unbuckled ride through synth-infused meanders of ununprejudiced techno. Onboard without fear, it's still warm and fuzzy. 'Getting hungry' rumbles in competition with your bowels, taking you with it into its well-balanced mellowness. Enjoy the walls moving while it lasts and you get kicked out of that cave again. 'Priest of
procastination' is an ode to frequency modulation without being too shy about it. It will resonate with all of your most clandestine listening pleasures and give you those well deserved goosebumps in your acoustic duct. Amount doubles down on this madhouse with a contrasting downtempo version of '42 is the answer' that chills the ride down to an almost motionless, slightly eerie slowmo version while managing to keep the pressure of the original.

Indeed, whatever your predilection for House Music, we’ve got you covered here. From label lynchpin Steve Parry’s much coveted ‘Fenner’ which further strengthens his growing reputation as a top table producer to Israeli stalwart Magitman showing off his melodic credentials with the majestic ‘Mars 2020’. An interplanetary blast off of a tune. 

Newcomers Personna & Bloch then inject an electrifying youthful vibrancy into proceedings with ‘Endpoint’, already a firm favourite of Dave Seaman’s who insists ‘On Point’ may have been a more befitting title, before label favourite Athea returns to the fold with a no-nonsense heads down throbber in the form of ‘Rebel’. This is club music at its most vital. 

Next up, Berlin’s Smash TV gets deep down and dirty for the low slung groover that is ‘Freaks’, irresistible phatness of the highest order which is followed by the mysterious Mr E donning his alter ego for some serious superhero dance floor action courtesy of the beguiling ‘Lost’ and last but by no means least, Darksidevinyl & Balata combine for an Afro House anthem in the making. ‘Boohe’ is a towering representation of the genre. Tribal-tastic! 

In short, a magnificent seven that would have Bronson, Brynner & McQueen running for the hills.
