Welcome to Groove Theory. 
For this 16th episode, I’m excited to showcase Micu Project, my duo project with Mike Haddad. This 2-hour snippet was recorded at my Groove Theory event at le Salon Daomé in Montreal. The energy on that night from start to finish was incredible, allowing us to bring the audience on a journey for our all night long set. Hope you’ll enjoy this one :)

Formed in 2023, Micu Project is a dynamic DJ duo by Brian Cuta & Mike Haddad - known for delivering a unique tech house sound that blends darker, driving minimal grooves. With both each bringing over 10 years of curating experience; Micu Project is the culmination of their creativity and passion for moving the dance floor. 
The duo's MO is all about flow and experimentation. Alchemy of sorts, Micu Project is all about creating a memorable dance floor experience - layering multiple elements, acapellas, and fresh twists. Going beyond the mold - Micu Project look to create an immersive set every time. Drawing on years of friendship and their craft, they love to experiment and embrace spontaneity to create a memorable journey. 
With “Micu” being Romanian for small or minimal - the duo is the exploration of a wide spectrum of sound. 

This, is Micu Project’s Groove Theory.

Jeremy aka Several Definitions is a Swiss based young and very talented producer. He made his way from scratching hip hop vinyls in his youth, to producing house tunes and finally to melodic and catchy more technoid productions with releases on other well-known Techno & House labels, such as Stil vor Talent, Diynamic and Suara. His very special catchy and also very beautiful track "Female" was released last month with us, and came with a remix from the guys from Lunar Plane. A perfect track for maintime sets in clubs or festivals to captivate the audience. We are happy to welcome Several Definitions on our mixtape series and looking forward to hear more of him. Enjoy listening to his journey from house to techno.
