The sixth sense se ha hecho paso por la escena electrónica dejando una marca inquebrantable con temas que están caracterizados por cutting hats, intensos grooves y loops hipnóticos. 
Fundador del sello Akashic Records y el sub sello Brutal Spirit. Es donde muestra su creatividad mediante los tracks que va subiendo en aquellos sellos. A su vez a aparecido en importantes otros lugares como Children of Tomorrow, IMF, Abstraction, Warok Music y a colaborado con una amplia gama de artistas de la escena. 
En sus creaciones podemos percibir una profunda exploracion y misterio a cerca de los secretos que esconde el universo. Su musica permite a los oyhentes atravesar terriotorios desconocidos de la consciencia invitando a cuestionar y buscar respuestas en relacion al sonido.

WILDCAST 014. This time we have a special guest directly from 
Berlin, Germany. "The sixth sense" was born as a powerful force, perfectly combining the roots that evoke the hypnotic and old school techno of the 90's and early 2000's. The sixth sense has made its way through the electronic scene leaving an unbreakable mark with songs that are characterized by cutting hats, intense grooves and hypnotic loops. 
Founder of the Akashic Records label and the Brutal Spirit sub-label. It is where he shows his creativity through the tracks he uploads on those labels. In turn, he has appeared in other important venues such as Children of Tomorrow, IMF, Abstraction, Warok Music and has collaborated with a wide range of artists on the scene. 
In his creations we can perceive a deep exploration and mystery about the secrets that the universe hides. His music allows listeners to traverse unknown territories of consciousness, inviting them to question and seek answers in relation to sound. 
He has a lot of support from artists like Mark Broom, Ben Sims, Nihad Tule, Dj Bone, Florian Meindl, Ben Klock, Chris Liebing, Takaaki Itoh, Alexander Kowalski.

Belgium’s Peter Van Hoesen lands on Reclaim Your City for ‘Prime Directive’, Van Hoesen’s first solo release since 2023 and the successor to his 2024 album, ‘Towards the Center of Time and Surrounded by Spirits’. Peter Van Hoesen’s ‘Prime Directive’ starts with ‘Definition by Absence’, a furnace-hot mix of abstract, hi-octane rhythm. The track begins a trip that takes us through undulating, fiery synthlines whose patterns coalesce and move in and out of synchronicity.
‘Variables Edit 1’ is next, whirling and swirling like a menacing swarm, its machine-like drums set against stellar winds. On the B-side, the title track of Peter Van Hoesen’s ‘Prime Directive’ evokes pure dancefloor dystopia. It’s arrhythmic, dark, and teeming with monsters and molten clocks, culminating in a surreal track with metronome-like sound keeping pace. Closing ‘Prime
Directive’, Van Hoesen’s innate feel for tweaky sounds over relentless drum-funk remains apparent in ‘Morphology’. Here, fearless robotic creatures communicate through unidentifiable signals and enthral the listener. With ‘Prime Directive’ on the Dutch Reclaim Your City, Van Hoesen continues to push the boundaries of contemporary Techno through cutting-edge experimentalism. Time To Express and Center 91 label boss Peter Van Hoesen's take on visceral techno has found a home on labels like Tresor, Editions Mego, Archives Intérieures, Konstrukt and Stroboscopic Artefact. The Belgian artist, now based out of Vietnam,
operates exclusively as a live act and is also known for his collaborations with Atom™ as SYNC and as Sendai with Yves De Mey. 
This new four-track epic from Peter van Hoesen comes draped in a fine piece of artwork courtesy of Atact and pressed according to our standards in 180g audiophile quality, so you get to experience the Belgian master's chiselled sound design in all its glory.

Spandau20, an imprint named after the Western Berlin district and focused on artists from the area, delivers techno in all diverse forms – from warehouse and electronic peak time beats to breaks and IDM, balancing the old and new school sounds flawlessly. With a focus on vinyl releases, for the collectors, Spandau20 has lately also focused on its label nights, with showcases at Fabric, Bassiani and many others.

The label’s 10th release features 10 tracks that epitomise the musical diversity of Spandau20 and the progressive musical mindset of its roster, calling on the label favourites and Spandau natives to deliver brand new and exciting music. This special release even features one track that all artists have worked on together: ‘Come Closer’, a swarming, slithering beginning featured as the VA’s opener. Its barely coherent female vocal echoing amidst a cacophony of demon-like effects.

The chilling ambience captured at the offset transcends into the first full length track by Elli Acula, ‘Floating Eyes’, a cur characterised by an authoritative, pounding bass featuring calculated percussive rolls and metallic overtones to make for a face-scrunching opener to this devilish collection of works. FJAAK follow for the first of twin cameo appearances, partnering up with fellow live supremo and hardware aficionado KiNK. On ‘Overbridge’ the trio deliver a cavernous, rolling number driven by a deep thrumming bass in addition to a razor-edged lead synth, and pulsating technopattern. Dajusch is known for incorporating his years of classical study in with his immersive musical style – and with his VA effort the Berlin native neatly showcases this. Easing the energy slightly, ‘Move’ escalates from its warm, melodic intro into rumbling goliath of a beat comprising a looping, slew of gassy harmonics. 

The momentum of the release shifts considerably with the introduction of acutely versatile producer, DJ and sound artist Claus. The artist from Spandau leans his track ‘Bloomscroll’ towards sparse, dubby sonics in which he intricately ties together to form churning, burgeoning soundscape. FJAAK jolt proceedings back into the techno groove with their signature blend of arresting sub-bass and reverberating rhythms, which come thick, fast and heavy on ‘Jackfruit’. The abstract wonder of Anna Z’s broken-beat like stylings is fully explored on ‘Icy Liq’. It’s outlandish and amorphous in its execution, causing a clattering percussive chaos that’s choicely pieced together by the modular-extraordinaire. Nikk stealthy moves into breaks territory with his track ‘Down In The Shadows’, packing a trap-like snare with an acid-flecked melody and dawn-breaking, dream-like textures. The penultimate track on the VA is ‘Tufted’. J.Manuel expertly employs a chorus of robot-like sonics that course through a short-circuiting low-end to produce a pacy, inescapable journey via a whirling, merciless beat. He is joined by the legendary producer Tobi Neumann for their menacingly ambient number titled ‘Fennec.’ In parts a nod to UK dubstep, the duo concocts a fierce admixture of styles bolstering tribal-like components with industrialised overtones and methodically crafted drum-fills.

Each track stands on its own but also connects to a broader sonic arc - one that favors clarity over clutter and focus over force. The arrangements evolve with patience, revealing layers of harmonic, almost current-like, warmth, rhythmic tension and crisp tonal movement.  This is techno that feels alive: shifting, breathing and built with intent.
 
What makes ‘Bourbon’ stand apart is the concept behind its creation. Produced by ANFS during a personal reset and a deep dive into the world of specialty coffee, the album channels the sensory experience of tasting and translates that into rhythm and tone. Each piece responds to a particular variety, fermentation process or brewing variable, turning flavour notes and attributes like acidity, aroma, and aftertaste into  frequency response and  sonic form.
 
It all began with ‘Pink Bourbon’ - the first track composed and a catalyst for the entire project. What followed was a game of synesthesia: crafting sounds based on taste, using music to translate something as fleeting as a cup into something physical, something that moves. ‘Bourbon’ is not only a techno record but rather a reflection of internal healing process, obsession and how everyday rituals can spark profound creative energy.
 
Renegade Methodz is proud to release this unique LP from ANFS: a work of art that sounds like nothing else out there at the moment. It's a focused and forward-thinking piece of music creation that shows artistic maturity, profound inspiration and masterful execution.
