The first sample of the track; conceived amidst summer of 2014 when 2 relentless men failed to comprehend the emotions experienced by their souls. This track is an attempt to comprehend those emotions. Solely written with adrenaline, caffeine, THC and months of sleepless nights.

Hello everyone, Warm greetings from India.

With this edition, I bring you a mixtape focussing on the articulation of rhythms and beats to tailor a pleasant and ethereal sonic experience conceived primarily to soothe the ears. The mixtape is interspersed with melodies and sonic textures to uplift the mood - an experience that is augmented with rolling basslines, angelic chords, and dreamy synths. In an attempt to strike the right balance between rhythm and melody, the product derived was mixtape #1 which gifts us soul-engaging sequences and introspective interludes. 

The tape morphs subtly from ecstatic to contemplative as one moves forward from the first to the last; a tracklist that has been carefully curated to craft a surreal and dreamy experience, like waking up from a hyper dream only to realize the dream is not yet over.

Elektron Mixtape #1 | Somnambulations

Hello everyone, welcome to the 2nd mixtape from Elektron. 

This set is a compilation of middle-eastern rhythms and instruments superimposed on 4X4 beats: a unique form of deep house music which is further layered with tense rhythms and heart-wrenching tunes. The curation of the playlist is an attempt to mimic the narration of doves - the messengers of peace - that have escaped hostile environment to share their story of survival with the world: expressing the transfiguration of their homes from oasis of love to forest of rubble; an attempt to survive their irreversible journey from peace to chaos. 

Hamayin mil Halabin (Doves from Aleppo) is a mixtape dedicated to the humans from the middle eastern city of Aleppo and their story of survival.
