In late summer 2017, Nicolas Rada continued to cement a growing reputation with the twin-track "Sheremetyevo". Now returning to the EP, a pair of new remixes find French and Dutch talents in fine form as they take on partner track, "One-One Eleven Thousand".

From Sneek in northern Netherlands, Daniel van der Zwaag has been in immersed in music from an early age, part of a "musical family" that saw him familiar with piano and guitar from an early age. Using these skills as a firm foundation for a foray into electronic music, Daniel quickly found himself as an integral member of a tight-knit community of DJs and producers, centred around his hometown. Thus, a collaborative and fruitful partnership was formed with fellow Sneek resident, Ferdy, which has seen the duo celebrate a host of original releases including the outstanding "Raindrops" EP on Particles in early 2015, while February 2017's "My Polyphone Girl" saw a stellar quintet of tracks full of innovation, technique and craft. October 2017's "Lost in a Dream" EP for Oleeva Records marked a debut solo outing, continued now on Particles as Daniel van der Zwaag takes a typically impressive path with his penchant for intricate melodies and mature production. Creating a strong percussive framework, an impressive bassline progression lays the foundation for a swathe of counterpoint melodies to interlock against each other as strings and pads create an evocative and melancholy edge against fizzing open hi-hats. Using his creative flair to full effect, van der Zwaag has created an impressive and original remix.

An artist with a rich and varied history in the world of dance music, Rick Pier O'Neil is an iconic figure. An accomplished DJ from the age of 14, O'Neil was quickly thrust into the limelight during time as remixer for Sony BMG. Going on to work with a stellar cast that included Donna Summer, Lenny Kravitz and Ultra Nate, US Billboard Chart success followed as Rick Pier O'Neil became synonymous with high-calibre and successful dance music. Building on his US success, O'Neil then took the bold step to begin his own record label coinciding with a move to a more considered, underground dance sound that continues to provide him with success. Nearly one thousand production credits sit proudly against the Frenchman's name with almost 500 on his RPO and Garbage Records, while evidence of his sought-after production work can also be found on the catalogues of JOOF, Toolroom and Sudbeat. A regular on Particles with his collaborative work with Desaturate, the "Spirals" and "Crouched/Cursed" EPs have been notable highlights as have remixes of Kastis Torrau and Donatello and GMJ. Now returning to the label, The RPO remix of "One-One Eleven Thousand" retains the central bassline groove of the original while forming a deep new rhythm section around it. Clever use of Rada's melodic elements filter into proceedings as the track evolves, while new production material gives the remix a rich new feel.

With two outstanding new remixes from Rick Pier O'Neil and Daniel van der Zwaag, "One-One Eleven Thousand" is cleared for take-off.
