This is the best remix of the original I have heard so far. It ha the spirit of the original but sounds new. Great work!

Computer Game Music and Remixes

This is my take on one of the themes from 'The Last Ninja' on the commodore 64. It is comprised of a huge array of 80's electronic synthesizers!
The theme of this track is that of a dark forest/wilderness, a place where behind every tree lurks a hidden danger.

From an old game I used to love playing; Turrican 2. Chris Hülsbeck is the original composer. This is my arrangement of that composition, and my first attempt at the whole retro 80's sound.

A lot more aggressive panning than I tend to do, mostly because I'm deaf in one ear so that makes panning kinda difficult to do.

This is a dancefloor cover of a tune by Chris Hülsbeck (check him out by all means !). It's the soundtrack to a famous game called Turrican 2 that could be played on Amiga 500 and on Atari ST. I really wanted to play it in my sets and i couldn't find a proper file, let alone a working atari to record the real deal... So i made my own...

This is a teaser to the longer version i'll be playing live this winter (with real chunks of drill and bassline wobbles !)

Creature of the Night

Partition 36 is an electronic music band created in 2005 by its sole member, Alexa Jones.  During its formative years, Partition 36 was focused on producing trance-like sounds and electronic dance music.  However, Alexa felt that the band was capable of doing a lot more with sound, and so she evolved Partition 36 into its own unique form of electronic music.  Today Partition 36 creates experimental music that blends Kraftwerkian sounds with ambient textures, strong beats, and a synthpop sound, all while retaining hints of trance and EBM influence.
