My Occupation', released on the 25th of March, is a two track EP straight out of Birmingham from one of the UK's leading up and coming underground bass music artists, DevelopMENT . The EP's lead track is a groovy number constructed of a whirl of cheeky synth lines that revolve around a classic swinging garage beat, perfect for generating a few screwfaces from those on the receiving end of these tasty frequencies. Accompanying 'My Occupation' is an equally nifty beat entitled 'Dem Boy Sound' featuring a gliding bassline complimented by a sharp, bouncing melody leaving your head no other option but to nod in appreciation with the beat. This musical work is clear evidence that producing fat riddims is definitely DevelopMENTS occupation!
