BIO - Maicol MP was born in 1991 in the province of Treviso. During his childhood he performed many activities in the field of music, including the study of the piano and the Sound Technician. At age 16 he finally discovered the music in which he recognized himself the most and, simultaneously, he began to hang out at the Clubs: these facts make his musical passion always lead him to improve and refine himself, expressing himself as a DJ around in the clubs, growing and evolving in this profession. His trips to Berlin and in the capitals of Europe were fundamental and essential for his transition to the genre and style that he still proposes and which distinguishes him. He has a clear idea of what he wants to express, he knows well what a DJ must represent and the continuous music selection: know being an innovator, so he is always searching to bring new lymph.

Hey music lovers! We are spreading beautiful vibes from Romania 🇷🇴 this weekend with Catalin Nedelcu aka Shar-K who grew up in Disco Clubs and fell in love with Hip Hop and House music. He has attended loads of underground parties in Bucharest and got into Deep House and in my late 20`s he's started to teach myself how to mix. Traveled the world for 6 years on Cruise Ships and exchanged musical vibes with people from all over the globe and performed as a DJ in the Crew Disco Club and at pool parties.
Before becoming one of the resident DJ`s at Club 16 in Bucharest, he started playing at private parties and had a few live sessions at Radio Deea during Deea de Dimineata and Cinema Deea radio shows. Also played at signature parties by: 16 Events, House Room, Dark'N'Trance, Minus - + Plus, D-House Events.

It wasn't untill I heard Sasha & John Digweed play that I made a switch to progressive, ...ever since then I've been playing a progressive style that has a punch combined with deep movin’ or still melodic moments.

BSV: Hello Teo! You shared with us a very atmospheric 3 hours mixtape. Quite experimental sound... Do we have your approval on this diagnose?
TEO TRUNK: Hey, first of all thanks for having me, I really enjoyed recording this mixtape for you! I guess some parts sound as malfunctioning water heater. So if that fits in "experimental"... Jokes aside, lot of it is just from my daily background playlists for when I’m reading, designing etc. 

BSV: Some of these tracks are from early 2010’s. There is no doubt that you have a massive collection in your trunk. Right?
TEO TRUNK: Haha, to be honest, besides the newer stuff from last month or two I really don't know release dates of 90% of my music collection. Just a lot of random playlists on youtube, soundcloud, spotify and few old usb drives from when I used to play music. Never obsessed with playing the latest tune.

BSV: If we do etymology search (origin) of your last name, we find a very interesting information. Familiar with that?
TEO TRUNK: Long story is about relocation of Serbs from Dalmatia and Lika, and not wanting to change religion, so surnames of families were changed to be more colourful. Fun, short story, is about my great grandfather who was popular with the ladies of his village for his "trunk", so the last name stuck with the family for that trait.

BSV: You are an audio engineer with almost a decade of experience in sound and web design. Is it important for electronic music producer (composer) to have a formal educational background in terms of sound quality? 
TEO TRUNK: I studied Art History and Digital Multimedia, but I never got a degree, so I don't think I am the right person to talk about formal education. That "almost a decade of experience" line is a killer on LinkedIn, haha. But actually most of that time I was doing graphic design and experimenting with web and sound design in my spare time. Lots of trials and errors, learning in the process. It's only last few years that I got a chance to work as a sound designer for video games and as a mixing engineer on a TV station recently. Everything I know about audio l had luck to learn from my dear friend and mentor Vladan Jarić Pion. So I don't think formal education is necessary for anything these days, especially for such an elusive term as sound quality. Music is about the feeling. There is too much mediocre music whit "great sound quality".

BSV: As a pop music passionate, is it hard to offer your service to a native market?
TEO TRUNK: I wouldn't know where to start. I prefer making sounds for creatures in video games, I’m not sure I would be any good with real life ones.

BSV: Do you enjoy in your Artists & Repertoire activities?
TEO TRUNK: Lots of fun from that experience, but last time I did A&R work was back in 2017. I guess that is still somewhere on my facebook page.

BSV: Favourite artist at this moment?
TEO TRUNK: Caldera

Reykjavík born, half Spanish dj and producer Bjorn Salvador began his dj’ing career at a young age, exploring all corners of both House and Techno music.

As time passed Bjorn got more and more involved in the Techno scene in Reykjavík. He performed on many big name events in Reykjavík through the years with artists like Dubfire, Carl Craig, Christian Smith, David Holmes, Gabriel & Dresden, Thomas Krome, Omid 16b just to name a few.

When Bjorn got into music production, he went more into the deep, organic and melodic side of House music.

In 2020 he started his own label, Nordic Voyage Recordings with Leon S. Kemp. Bjorn and Leon also host their weekly show named after the label on Proton Radio.

Musically, they oscillate between techno rhythms and progressive trance melodies with a high-tech connotation that gives it its own bounce. Tweaken specializes in live performances that they share in clubs, festivals and on all dancefloors. They played on multiple stages such as Zodiak, Rockerill, La Rocca Club, Palais 12 , Ibiza and Madrid; and alongside renowned artists such as Ken Ishii, Boris Brejcha... Since his early steps as a DJ in the legendary parisian Palace club in the middle of the 90’s, PIERRE DE PARIS (https://soundcloud.com/pierredeparis) devoted himself to electronic sounds. He mostly played in Europe for bars, clubs, festivals and major events as the Gay Pride. His style in two words : house & techno ! He masters various genres, from deep house to melodic techno. From the vinyl periode to the MP3 area, he is still making “real mix for real mix lovers”. All this time, he met great creators of dance music. Even if some labels asked him, he decided not to become a producer, considering that the release of his tracks would not change the history of music. He prefers to concentrate 100% on his DJ sets, always promoting the finest electronic music of the artists he admires. This attitude makes PIERRE DE PARIS a very respected man : after 25 years of carreer, he is considered as a reference on the underground scene in France. 

Today he offers us a beautiful melodic techno mix, which is also a tribute to the french producer TEHO (founder of the label LABO T).
