Huh, this song is different to my other songs - It is less layered as the individual layers were much longer than the ones that I usual use. It is also different, as I here use my new 12 String (Breedlove) in a song and it is the first time that I use Garage Band to produce and mix the sounds and had to try the nice virtual Drum, offered by the program. It is also not that melancholic like most of my other songs - and it is way to long - maybe a little boring. However, it is a experiment for me. I already have ideas for a new album title - so I will have to see how to finalize this "Target Unknown" album.

I re-uploaded this song, because I improved the mix and structure of the song ...

But the good thing is, it is the first song after I stopped recording one year ago :-)

Cold Reactor

Taken from the Debut TMT album Cocoon, this is a Nostalgic tribute to the much loved TV shows Camberwick Green, Trumpton and Chigley. This is my favourite track from the album, and was also the first one I wrote for it. Wether you were a fan of Trumpton or not, I'm sure we can all relate to the feeling that maybe there uesed  too be a simpler time, somewhere  we all have a nostalgic leaning towards a more pieceful age. Speaking for myself I have a great fondness for the programme, the music, the lovely Brian Cant and the overall message of the Trumptonshire  concept. Perhaps you might think it an odd subject for a song, but stop and have a listen and see what you think. As you listen to the opening section, imagine you're having a sit down after a hard day. But before you do, you make a pot of tea, then put on your "A Visit To Trumpton" LP (which of course you all own), then sit back and relax as you're transported to a bygone age of windmills, steam trains and bands playing in the park as the ducks swim lazily on the pond. Back to a village where everyone knows everyone, everyone feels like a part of the comunity, and where those helpful firemen are standing by, ready to deal with whatever is thrown at them. :) Folks, I present a visit to Chigwick. So I continue my playing - I stopped for two years to record new layered tracks - so difficult to restart. Is is a floating piece of music - not really with song structures - good for listening with head phones.

Sometimes unexpected beautiful things happens - but learning from the past - trust can be a very sensitive little seed ...

Passionate Imperfection is a perfect name for my work.
When you listen to the songs you hear several overdubbed guitars - so really a lot of guitars - but I like to experiment with different guitar sounds and rhythm. 

My playing is influenced by Pink Floyd, Genesis, Marillion, New Age, Progressive Rock etc. 

If someone is interested to play arround and add stuff to my tunes I can provide the original individual loops. So let me know.
