This hip-hop mix is for when you need to get the party started. This was my first published mix and it was a live recording from a production done by my DJ group, the DAC. The mix was originally published as part of a series of mixes the DAC produced to feature its individual members titled DAC on Decks. The DAC ceased activity during covid and never started back up. Therefore, I felt it was appropriate to rename this mix and give the mix a new cover picture that was taken during the week it was released. The new title of the mix, The Come Up, represents not only the energy the mix brings but also highlights that this was the initial rise of my ability as a DJ.
